About the lora versions, I always try to add more content, so the latest version will always do everything the other versions do in terms of content.
The addition of masculine content does not interfere with futa content
It is possible to make hermaphrodite boys by changing the 1girl tag to 1boy.
Sometimes fingers can be generated on the penis, after looking at which images are responsible for creating this problem, I found that some tags like "fingernails, masturbation" were missing, this causes lora to generate fingers, most of the time just by putting masturbation in the negative solves this problem, "fingers, fingernails, futanari masturbation, male masturbation" should have the same effect. I also found that the "realistic" tag helps to add textures to the skin, and when used in the negative (with the "3d" tag is even better) it helps with details related to anime content like proportions, eyes and mouths.
It is possible to generate the following image angles and poses, taker pov(works well in conjunction with from below), from behind/rear view(this works with centaurs too, I forgot to put the related sample image), cowboy shot, from side, sitting, standing, kneeling, lying on back, lying on stomach(rear view/from behind), leaning forward, may have more tags I'll check later.

Implemented the hermaphrodite variation uses the following caption "hermaphrodite, 1girl, horse penis, pussy, testicleless, solo," works best with "sitting, spread legs", initially only with pussy, some models may mistake it for a cat, may create standing characters , but usually it adds testicles, sometimes it will just generate an image missing the penis, I'll try to fix that in the future. Suggestion by neilarmstron12, (I'll work on trying to add a pussy-free version).
Implemented the possibility to create male characters (due to the low amount of content it might not work correctly, clothes can add breasts, nipples will certainly add breasts, I'll try to fix it in a next update). Suggestion by OtherPerspective.
Brought back the "realistic" tag after a lot of testing, can be used in the negative along with the "3d" tag to mitigate some weirdness in anime models.
If you can't replicate the result, check the esnd seed 970718, or if the variation seed is not missing.
The keyword urethra can be used to add details to the glans, if it happens to generate fingers on the penis the following tags can be used in the negative: "fingernails, masturbation, futanari masturbation, male masturbation".
