About the lora versions, I always try to add more content, so the latest version will always do everything the other versions do in terms of content.
The addition of masculine content does not interfere with futa content
It is possible to make hermaphrodite boys by changing the 1girl tag to 1boy.
Sometimes fingers can be generated on the penis, after looking at which images are responsible for creating this problem, I found that some tags like "fingernails, masturbation" were missing, this causes lora to generate fingers, most of the time just by putting masturbation in the negative solves this problem, "fingers, fingernails, futanari masturbation, male masturbation" should have the same effect. I also found that the "realistic" tag helps to add textures to the skin, and when used in the negative (with the "3d" tag is even better) it helps with details related to anime content like proportions, eyes and mouths.
It is possible to generate the following image angles and poses, taker pov(works well in conjunction with from below), from behind/rear view(this works with centaurs too, I forgot to put the related sample image), cowboy shot, from side, sitting, standing, kneeling, lying on back, lying on stomach(rear view/from behind), leaning forward, may have more tags I'll check later.
If you have difficulties replicating any of the sample images, check the variation seed.

Trained 1399 images, redraw some.
Fixed some testicles related issues (size, clothing).
Add male pov, futanari pov, crotch pov viewing angles.
low-angle view (added to differentiate from below related content).
Add tag missing (from above) in some captions.
It was supposed to be just a test version, but it works well and has acceptable results.

Yes it is possible, prompt with sagging testicles will work, huge testicles helps a bit, using seed variations you can create even better results. Sorry to take so long to reply

I don't have any special settings, I just use the most common setting possible, being text_encoder_lr: 0.00005, unet_lr": 0.0001, 10 repeats*10 epochs, batch of 5, 512x512. About hardware I use r7 5700x, 3060ti 8gb and 16gb of ram. about captions you just need to remove what does not exist in the image in relation to the captions, in my case usually the images have some captions like strapon, dildo, animal penis, sex toy, artificial vagina, I remove all these captions and add only horse penis , but you don't need to add horse penis as caption, you can just use penis instead. maybe this caption can serve as an example, futanari, 1girl, solo, nipple piercing, breasts, corset, sitting, testicles, thighhighs, fishnets, horse penis, veins, fishnet thighhighs, looking at viewer, large breasts, blonde hair, huge breasts, long hair, lips, dark areolae

What base model are you using to get your example images? I'm trying to replicate them, to make sure I'm using the LoRA right, and it isn't listed in the generation data.

Look at the filters. Lora is one of the options.
