V4.0 Baked VAE
This Model work better with ComfyUI. here some workflow My-ComfyUI-workflow.
You can use this kl-f8-anime2 VAE, Matrix-VAE, Anything model VAE or any VAE you want.
Steps: 8~30
Sampler: lcm/sgm_uniform or dpmpp_2m/karras
CFG scale: 1.5~7
I use Hires upscaler: 4x_fatal_Anime_500000_G
but you use what you see fit.

This looks amazing, but 8.5 Gigs? Four times larger than most other checkpoints... unfortunately, I'm running out of disk space.
I add 2 checkpoints Full Model fp32 (8.49 GB), Full Model fp16 (3.59 GB) & Pruned Model fp16 (1.99 GB) all here now.

What is the fix here in V2.6-fix ?
The previous file had massive 9 GB and now there is a fix with no info.
What is wrong with the previous release?
Do we have to download the FIX Version again to receive a working model and why is it still up ( old one ) then ?
Hello, the merge was with not good files so i train the file again and merge.
You can use 2.6 if you like, the 2.6-fix better and now uploading 2 file if you want use 2.6-fix fp16 or fp16-pruning
