These are checkpoint transformation ("soft-merge") Loras for UltronForever!
(effect with other checkpoints will likely be limited or unexpected)
UltronMix - UltronForever | Stable Diffusion Checkpoint | Civitai
This is it! The grand closing ceremony of our UltronMorphs series!
It's a long road behind us... We've tried plenty of good models, made some pretty pictures and secured a bunch of playthings for future image generations!
But hey, if you liked this - don't stop here! There's still many more great models to explore and uncountable numbers of soft-merge combinations to try! Grab yourself a base model you really like and make your own Morphs with whichever checkpoints you have an eye for! (refer to 'Notes and Tips' section for some intentionally vague pointers)
As for our last Morph lora in the series... We'll go out with a BANG!
I couldn't make up my mind, so I'm uploading not 1, not 2, but full 3 morph loras at once! Please welcome...
Morphs-IndigoFurryMix!
There's so many versions of this, and I have no idea which version I made the morph with anymore. It's either one of anime versions or niji or something... I'm sure, you all experts, can figure it out.
I don't generate furry imagery normally, but I like the idea of having a dedicated model to generate humanoid animal hybrid fantasy races on demand. UltronForever can sort of generate an animal-human hybrid, but it tends to keep the body hairless. For that occasion, we will have this morph.
But it's not all furries in there. It is a male centric model at it's core, so at a lowered weight it generates very animalistic/alpha/bara looking hawt men. Adjust the weight to your preference for a perfect balance between hunk and hairless furry look.
Morphs-CTrLAnimics!
We were missing an exaggerated cartoony model, and while I normally go for GoldenCatMix (an honorary mention) when making merges, it's a bit rough on the eyes overall.
CtrlAnimics is very similar but has a lot more pleasing aesthetic and attractive characters. It's a somewhat less versatile and not a particularly coherent model with weakish spaghetti hands. But it's StableDiffusion 1.5 - you just can't have it all.
That being said, I'm not a big fan of how these cartoony models behave in halfway to realism merges. So, while I personally recommend either high or low weight, avoiding the middle, it's entirely up to you you to find what you like best. That's the whole point of Morphs after all.
Morphs-FantassifiedIcons!
This one is a curve ball. It's an entirely utility model with somewhat simplistic art, perfectly suited for generating icon art assets.
The checkpoint itself is pretty old by now, but quite popular. Model is coherent and knows a lot of things that your average SD1.5 model doesn't!
It's the only Morph with a trigger word. It's not necessary to generate images, but if you want to see icon style - place 'game icon' at the start of the prompt.
Feel free to disregard my previews for this model, since I'm still pushing hard to generate handsome men. But it's more about silhouettes, objects and simplistic backgrounds.
Aaaand... That's all she wrote!
Good luck and have fun!
Notes and Tips
- Underlying method is called Lora Extraction. It's well documented online and all tools are open source (I'm using Kohya_ss). You can very well pick your own favorite model as a base and create your own ultimate modular solution for SD1.5 image generation. This is not exact science, but if you do choose to go this route, make sure you pick your most versatile model as a base. Trimmed down single style checkpoints might need larger Loras to transform entirely.
- I DID go out of my way to test Lora output similarity to original models. Loras are NOT in fact carbon copies of original models. But they're very close. There IS a difference between 500 MB Lora and a 250 MB Lora, transfer is closer to original at 500 MB (but difference is difficult to gauge, often looks like another seed of the same model).
- When using single morph Lora you're mixing it with UltronForever by amount equal to 1 - LoraWeight. For example, if morph-mmm weight in prompt is set to 0.75, that means UltronForever weight is 0.25
- When using multiple morph Lora you want the total weight of all of them together to not exceed 1. If you're doing morph-mmm at 0.5 and morph-counterfeit at 0.5, you will have mmm and counterfeit 50%/50% merge. If you want UltronForever to still have influence, you need weight total of all morph Loras to be less than 1. For example, with morph-mmm at 0.3 and morph-counterfeit at 0.3, you will still have UltronForever at weight 0.4.
- Unlike conventional hard-merging this does allow you to overcook models. You can exceed total Lora weight of 1 for over the top output. Conventional merging has safety rail formulas in place.
- There's A LOT of very good and different SD1.5 checkpoints, but I'm not going convert my entire model folder into Loras. We'll settle for no more than 10, most prominent style and utility rich models (obviously biased towards my preference).
- Aside from generating images in soft-merge format here are a few other utility options you might want to consider:
Latent Upscale with a different morph setting.
Inpaint hands, face, body parts with a stronger/different morph setting.
Img2Img switching morphs as needed in between denoises.
- Morphs seem to inherit noise offset/colors from the model they're made for. Some minimal testing showed, that lora extracted from noise adjusted model, did not carry over adjusted colors when applied to the base model (*coughohmenlifelikecough*).
It's time for off season Halloween, guys!
I have a trick up my sleeve just for you!
If you've been reading my mad ravings for a while, you've probably already puzzled out that I'm a great Maturemalemix admirer. And rightfully so! It's still one of, if not THE best male-centric niji face models for SD1.5 on CivitAI!
And all this time trying to merge it with various other models, I've always been plagued by one question: "How much do I add???". It's always too little or too much and never just right...
Well, today is the day...
...when I will lift that burden off of my shoulders and dunk slam it onto yours!
I present you with my latest multi-dimensional abomination! UltronMorphs-MatureMaleMix!
Diffusion AI might be pictures...
...but inside it's still all maths. UltronMorphs series will bring all the math you need to turn UltronForever into other old goodie models in form of a Lora!
Q: B-but Mister UndefinedUsername... Why wouldn't I just use MatureMaleMix checkpoint instead???
A: Why use just one checkpoint, when you can mathematically interpolate between both UltronForever AND MatureMaleMix by any amount? Hm?? Did you think about that???
You can generate MatureMaleMix imagery at Lora weight 1, and then inpaint UltronForever genitals at lower Lora weight!
Hottest hunks!
You've been to UltronForever page and seen some of the hottest hunks you've ever laid your eyes upon? Well, don't fill up on appetizers, we're just getting started!
Incidentally, this also solves my endless Merge version spam. Grab a Lora, and use any amount you want
