I make style LoRAs that are intended to celebrate the feel and aesthetic of various artists (no living artist) of the past to allow users to create something with a similar feel and look but with their own "message" or theme. I have stayed with SDXL primarily because I feel other models, while detailed and many times very beautiful, become indistinguishable from one model to the next and lose their creativity they desire regardless how flashy they may first appear.
