First iteration released, I'm still on the fence about this one but I've gotten some good results so far, I'll wait for a bit of feedback in order to mess around with it, so here's a first version. Recommended Strength 0.9, lower for more flexibility. As for the cfg, I've been using 5.0, even 6.5 sometimes with no problem, but you can lower it a bit for a more painterly style. If you're getting artifacts or overblown results, lowering your cfg will help.
