requires RvTools v2.4.18
added gdata 2 node and changed save image to use both, the old version and the new one
added a smaller context node (ctx)
added the option to skip the initial render as option, so it is no longer required to bypass all groups to skip the sampling process (for this version not important). when skipped the clip text encoders are bypassed too (prompt group).
