Updated RvTools (2.4.23)

• Removed the option "Pipe_v2" and replaced it with add_loras_to_prompt

• pipe version is detected automaticly now

i've reworked the tile upscale group and the detailers

• each of them has its own checkpoint loader options that support checkpoints, diffusion models and gguf. all of them have a lora stacker to support whatever you want to detail.

• the first 3 detailer groups use florence 2 detection because they work best with the florence2-flux model (compared to the other models, it has the best detection for a small model)

• for the not so SFW detection i've added 2 detailers that use yolo models.

i thought about adding back nf4 but i was too lazy because i never use it xD
