🚀 How to Use

1. Download and unzip the folder.

2. Double-click start_pixel_forge.bat.

3. The app will set up automatically and launch (first start may take a minute).

4. Select your input and output folders, choose your operations, and hit START PROCESSING.

💡 Tips

• Use an empty folder for output to avoid overwriting originals.

• A log file (image_processor.log) is created in the app directory for troubleshooting.

• Python installs automatically if not already configured.
