Unfortunately, I keep getting weird video output (initial frame is fine, then immediately a screen of a blurred grey mess of squares and circles kinda), not sure what I am doing wrong. If I use the same settings and models as in other workflows, there are no issues. Anyone has any ideas as to why this happens?
Also, can someone explain this: The SVI models are used as loras right? On top of the base model? Does this not mean that SVI is used in all of the batches? Author has a note in his workflow where it says "Don't put SVI Loras on first batch". But first batch uses the high and low base models + the SVI loras?
@Penguin645 hi. Put SVI Lora in load model section to get correct and good result (from load diffusion model to set node). I've specified where you should put SVI Loras high and low noise. I don't recommend put SVI Lora in each batch
also, you can use my merged model with merged svi 2 pro to get good result with 8 steps
@Stefan_Falkok Im a bit confused, so do I paste the SVI lora High and Lows in Models > loras, and add it into the Power Lora Loader node?

Thank you so much for sharing this workflow. It is by far the most practical one I have ever used, and perfectly tailored to my needs. I have made partial optimizations and modifications to it. In fact, this workflow is highly flexible and extremely easy to edit and expand.

@Stefan_Falkok Only one request: please build the new workflow using common and mainstream nodes as much as possible. Avoid using obscure custom nodes that require special environment configurations.

The 4.0 workflow doesn't even start for me, it just says Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'output'). Any idea what could be causing that? I really want to try this workflow
i got it working by switching to the merged SVI model workflow, but the resulting videos have horrible artifacting and are completely broken. they look nothing like the previews here
