My first attempt at a Krea2 model. For now, it's just the int8 model since it's the only model my PC can run reliably. As usual, I aim to make my models as homoerotic and male-friendly as possible. I'm still inexperienced with Krea2, so hopefully there's still room for improvement with future updates.
Usage
You'll need either ComfyUI or Forge Neo (or any other UI that supports it) to run it. Use with the required text encoder and VAE file that's necessary to run it.
My Settings
Resolution: between 512^2 and 1536^2
Sampling Method: Euler or ER SDE (My own preference buy you can try others)
Scheduler: Simple
Sampling Steps: 8

For people using Krea2 for the first time after using CLIP-based models like NoobAi, Illustrious XL, SDXL, etc., please read this part.
Quality tags are unnecessary so just write the prompt without it. Krea 2 uses natural language for it's prompting so you need to actually describe your image rather than just using tags. Avoid tags if possible. So instead of:
1boy, nude, muscular, short hair, brown hairYou need to prompt it like this:
A nude muscular man with short brown hair.Try to elaborate your prompts more, but at the same time be concise and brief too. You don't need to add too much flavor texts, just prompt what you need. Too many unnecessary texts can 'distract' the AI from generating what you actually want. For example:
He casually holds a sleek smartphone in his right hand, gripping it naturally with a relaxed yet deliberate posture.Instead, it should just be:
He holds a smartphone in his right hand.Sometimes those extra keywords can help especially when describing a physical trait or appearance, but if it's an ambiguous language that's open to anyone interpretation, then it's better to not include them (but if you're doing artistic gens then those extra flavor text might be helpful).
Also, no prompting weights. Krea2 works differently than other models like Anima and Illustrious. You can use weights, but it'll probably have little to no effect. Instead, repeat the concept you want to emphasize on in the prompts. For example:
1boy, muscular, (huge pectorals:3)Instead, it should be:
A muscular man with very large pectorals. He stands confidently, emphasizing his massive chest size. His extremely gigantic pecs is glistening in the sun.Prompt ordering does matter. It doesn't have to be perfect or have to be in the exact same sequence but it does help. Most of the time, it goes like this:
Charater/subject → Clothing → Pose/action → setting → Camera/composition/ → lighting → style/aetheticsCamera angles and zooms in Krea2 is a bit tricky and can be a bit annoying sometimes. It's not as simple as adding weights to tags like '(from below:3)' and that's it. It's a bit hard to explain so check out this Reddit post and this Civitai article if you want to learn more about how to effectively prompt for the camera angle.
Text should be in quotes, like in Anima. Example:
A man wearing a blue shirt with a black text that reads "HOMOFIDELIS"Lastly, no negative prompts. At CFG = 1, the AI ignores the negative prompt anyway. But at the same time, do not put 'no' prompts in the positive. Instead, try to describe the thing you want to exclude without mentioning it. For instance:
A photo of a theme park, no humans.Can be written like this:
A photo of an empty and isolated theme park.There are actually a lot more to cover with the prompting stuff but most of you probably didn't even read the first paragraph, so I'll just stop right here lol..

A bit of issues when there's more than one man.
Maybe it's just my prompts :)
Try to separate the men with distinctive features, for example :Photo of two men having sex
The first man is a 40-year-old muscular man with slightly grey dark hair, large muscles, full beard, bla³..
The second man is a 20-year-old man with blonde hair, lean muscles, clean-shaven, bla³
The older man is fucking the younger man in the ass, the blonde man is moaning in pleasure, etc.
The first part is like a general concept for the gen, the second part is for describing man A's appearance, third part for man B, and if there's another guy just add another part here.
The last part is when you want to describe their actions in detail while using their distinctive traits as their identity, like 'first man, second man, older, younger, smaller, bigger, blonde, white, asian' so that the AI can differentiate them better. I've seen some people even assigning names to them as well, but idk if that even works.
Separating their prompts into a more structured form can also help instead of going back and forth describing multiple guys like: The first man has blonde hair while the second man has black hair, the first man is also very muscular but the second man is very lean and slim. That'll just confuse the AI.
Idk if it's the 'right way' but it's what works for me. I'm sure there are a lot of Krea2 prompting guides out there that can help with prompting multiple guys..

With few tests I've seen that krea2 is extremely picky; otherwise, it can quickly get things mixed up. I've noticed that if he mixes up two things, changes we want to apply to one will automatically be applied to the other. So that's why this is happening with my characters. I get the impression he's having trouble with the concept of “both” or “mutual.” “Mutual masturbation” turns into two Siamese twins with the same penis...

As a side note though, Krea2 does pretty well with tag-like structured prompting as well.
I personally use the krea2RealVae_v10. It gives much sharper and defined details. It also works with Anima models ;)

So nice that you decided to do a krea 2 version. I'm trying it out and it looks great. I tried without a filter bypass lora and the results seems to work. Am I correct this model doesn't need it? The model seems to prefer erect penis over flaccid, so I do need a strong flaccid and for the appearance of cum, I need one too.. but all in all I like it.
Yes, it's already uncensored. For some reason Krea2 doesn't respond that well with erection/flaccid (maybe it's because it was censored before? idk) so it really helps if you specify the direction of the penis too. For example: his flaccid penis is pointing down

This model doesn't have the sameface syndrome like other models, and all the faces are different.
I have a small problem, though. Even when a man is supposed to be fully clothed, a penis still appears.
But maybe that's due to my bad prompt instructions 😅
It also helps if you specify their ethnicity instead of just skin tones.
And yeah, unfortunately the penis thing is a common issue. Un-censoring the model really makes it NSFW-friendly (maybe a little too friendly). I have tried 'fixing' it a little but some prompts, especially certain concepts that's heavily tied to NSFW stuff, can cause a penis to appear. Reducing it too much and the model has a hard time genning NSFW stuff.. 🤷🏼♂️
Hopefully I can fix it in the next update.. 😅
Can I get the model to dress the male character instead of undressing? It appears to do this even when the prompt is SFW. But model is great ;) I see other comments had same issue :) Will try to mix with other krea models and switch
Yes, you need to specify their clothing like shirt, pants, underwear, etc. If you don't the model will just default to NSFW. Some prompts are also sensitive to NSFW stuff like 'BDSM', 'skimpy', 'sexy', etc, and can trigger penis and nudity. If you're still getting unprompted nudity, there might be something in the prompt that might cause it. Also, if you write 'no nudity' or 'no penis', that can also cause nudity since Krea2 don't really understand 'no XXX' prompts, they just see the other words..

Loving this model so far. I wanted to ask what upscaler you use (if any) when generating these images. I'm on ForgeNeo and I'm getting some really nice results, just wanted to see what's the best upscaler I can use to get higher resolution images. Thanks for all your hard work, and I'm excited to see what else is in store.
Thank you. Tbh I don't even know. All the hires upscaler models I've tried always ended up making the image looks worse. In the end I just did a simple img2img upscale and just set the denoising strength to really low, like around 0.1 - 0.2..
As always, I love your models. They are always the best at capturing the muscle daddies and huge breasted himbos I want. I'm new to Krea 2's prompting methods so it's interesting fighting the innate urge to write an essay every time I want to generate an image lol. Additionally, I agree with some people's struggle against the issue with clothing prompts and random penises and nipples popping out when you wrote "fully clothed" multiple times in the text. I'm so used to negative prompting that it often takes some time for me to figure out how to adjust the prompt to avoid it or just give up and embrace it. Anyways, I love playing around the this new model and as always, great work👍
I've found "waist completely covered by *clothing type*" works well. Also not mentioning things of any provocative nature (ie sexy, sensual, erotic etc.) as mentioned by someone else helps too, but the dicks may strike at any moment 😂

Also, 'fully clothed' don't really do much if you get unprompted penises. You need to actually specify the clothes itself, whether it's underwear, pants, shorts, etc. And because of how Krea2 works (not using tags), some prompts that are adjacent to nudity or sexual stuff can trigger unprompted nudity and penises. So if you keep getting penises, there's definitely something in the prompt that's triggering it. I dunno if it's because of the NSFW bypass lora I used, or it's just a common uncensored Krea2 thing (I've seen some other straight models that also have this issue) but I might try to make it less NSFW friendly in the future. Idk if it's gonna affect the quality of the gens or make it harder to get NSFW male stuff, but I'll see what I can do..
Master, I kneel before you, in submission and reverence. I found that 8 steps with euler normal and then 4 steps of upscaling 1.5 with 0.4 denoising strength give terrific results.

A basic workflow comes with the recent editions of ComfyUI. You can find it by opening Templates and searching for Krea-2 Int8: Text to Image. Once open, you will need to change the unet to the HomoFidelisKrea2NSFW model. Be certain you have downloaded and properly placed the clip and vae listed in the description above too. You can search for other templates on the comfy website under workflows.

I'm seriously loving this model, especially for SFW creations. Lots of variation and plays well with loras.
The "flux chin"/cleft chin phenomena is fairly prominent though, and it can bleed through on some facial hair styles like beards.
Now that you mention it, I can't unsee it lol. I did notice that it's more prominent on western Caucasian males, hmmm ..
I'd also like to mention that there is a disproportionate amount of fluids on close up face portraits without prompting for any liquids. 🤭
How do you keep them clothed? Even with the prompt safe, they are always showing their cock...

Hmm, are you sure you're using the right nodes for int8 convrot? I don't really use Comfy, so I can't really help you with workflows and other things, but I did hear that you need a specific node or workflow to run int8 convrot krea2 models..

Is this gallery kind of your personal creations gallery or is it a bug from civitai? The order the images show up is first yours and then the ones of the other users.
Do you mean the gallery at the bottom of this page? No, they're just public galleries for anyone that post images using this model. If the order got messed up or something then it's probably a Civit bug..

@AferVentus Yeah it's probably the site acting up again. Also check your 'filter' settings on the top right of the gallery. Sometimes those things can persist between galleries, so that might also mess with the gallery order..

Realy cool model, i like it, hot, sexy, but sometimes too sexy. It generally creates every ass nacked - or is there a trigger, so it does it not?
If you don't want to see ass, don't mention it in your prompts. Instead try saying wide hips or thick thighs instead.. Also try large glutes as well, not sure if that one will work or not though..
