How this workflow works:
Anima generates the base image first, including the main composition, pose, anatomy, styling and character design. That result is then decoded to an image and re-encoded into Krea 2’s latent space using the WAN VAE, allowing Krea 2 to act as a second-stage refinement pass rather than a completely separate generation.
The Krea 2 sampler is intentionally started partway through the schedule to preserve as much of the Anima structure as possible while improving rendering, texture and overall finish. The included comparison slider lets you directly inspect the original Anima output against the final Krea 2 result.
Tip: lower Krea start steps give it more freedom to reinterpret the image, while higher start steps preserve more of the original Anima result. Both the raw Anima image and final Krea 2 image are saved separately for easy comparison.
Description
v1.0 introduces the complete Anima → Krea 2 hybrid workflow, using Anima for the initial composition and character generation before passing the decoded image into Krea 2 for a controlled refinement stage. The workflow includes separate LoRA support for both model stages, independent Anima and final Krea image outputs, adjustable Krea refinement strength via sampler start step, and a built-in comparison slider for quickly inspecting exactly what the Krea pass changed.
