Paint over what you want to change, say what goes there, and Krea 2 repaints only that part. The rest of your picture stays exactly as it was.
How to use it
Load your image.
Right-click it, pick Open in MaskEditor, paint over what you want changed, and save.
In What goes there, type what should be in the painted area, like "a black leather jacket". Say what replaces it, not just what to remove, or you can get a flat gray shape.
Run.
What you need
AusBoss nodes 2.5.0 or newer. In ComfyUI-Manager, search "AusBoss". Already have them? Update first.

Tips
Paint over all of it. Both sleeves for a jacket, and any stray hair or fur that crosses the edge. Whatever you leave visible stays.
Changing the background? Paint right up to the person or pet you keep, so no strip of the old place is left around them.
Change one thing per run. With two separate areas in one run, only one may come out.
Keep bare skin outside the mask where you can. Repainted skin can come out a slightly different tone.
Only the painted area changes. In my tests, nothing more than about 100 px from the mask moved.
The two boxes in the middle do the work. Double-click one to see inside.
About 16 to 19 seconds a run on an RTX 5090.

v1.1 (2026-09-30): Stay in picture is on, so big painted areas come out sharper, and a person you leave unpainted stays. Needs AusBoss nodes 2.5.0 or newer.

Thank you for the workflow. It’s very simple and useful to work with. I tried adding support for <Image 2> so I could take objects from a second image, such as clothing, and use them to replace masked objects in the first image, but unfortunately I couldn’t get it to work. It just redraws the masked area in its own way instead of copying it exactly from the second reference image.
