About the artist
Željko Pahek (born 1954 in Županja) is a comic artist, illustrator, painter and caricaturist who has lived and worked in Belgrade since 1978. He started in Yugoslav magazines such as Student, Politikin Zabavnik and YU Strip, and from the mid-1980s his comics ran abroad in Schwermetall, Fluide Glacial, Tintin and Heavy Metal. Readers in the region also know him for decades of science fiction and fantasy book covers and for his own series such as Astro-idijani, Moby Dick and Error Data. If you like this look, look for his books and original art. The LoRA only imitates a few of his habits.
What this LoRA does
LgjNpStl gives dense black-and-white ink drawing with heavy brush blacks, scratchy hatching and rough splatter. People come out as grotesque caricatures with huge noses, drooping moustaches, bad teeth and sour or panicked faces, often in spiked or conical helmets and oversized greatcoats. It likes mud, trenches, ruined fortifications, ramshackle machines, explosions, rain and storms, and it keeps the dark slapstick tone of the comic.
Usage
Trigger word: LgjNpStl
Put LgjNpStl, black and white, illustration in Krea 2's top/style input and describe the scene in the bottom prompt. Tested with Krea 2 Turbo at LoRA strength 1.0.
Notes: the training panels are greyscale, so keep black and white in the prompt or colour may creep in. Prompts about soldiers, war, machines and bad weather bring out the style most. A plain heroic or glamorous character will be drawn cleaner and with less caricature, so ask for exaggerated features if you want the full effect. Some panels had speech balloons and lettering, so add text and speech bubbles to your negative prompt if they appear.
