if you don't see a preview in the samplers, open the manager, in Preview Method choose: Latent2RGB (fast)

with 16 gb vram or less i would recommend to leave the purge nodes as they are. the startup time until a render starts is maybe longer, but in my tests without the nodes the vram was filled up to 99% after 1 or 2 canceled queues and then nothing worked anymore except restarting comfyui. i would also suggest to use the "unload models" button after chanceling a queue that helps a lot, otherwise it's possible that comfy tries to load flux twice into the memory. i can't say if the nodes are needed with a 4090, but i would bypass them first for testing and if it works without them they can simply be removed. (some are hidden behind other nodes you have to collapse them)

it's a complete rework, hopefully I haven't forgotten to check everything, but most probably I have xD
there are 4 areas where you can choose a checkpoint:
standard (initial render)
tile upscale has it's own checkpoint loader now (because theres no tile upscale for flux, but even if it exists, it costs so much memory that it can't be used with 16 gb vram. which is a shame. however the group is prepared for using flux union pro with the union type: tile. i wasn't able to test this but in theory it should work. but... if your standard checkpoint is flux you can also use the tile upscale group with e.g. sdxl or sd 3.5 checkpoints now and the corresponding controlnet model (SD3.5 works with the SD3 tile controlnet model).
inpaint

when using e.g. sdxl it's possible to bypass the checkpoint loader groups to use the standard model for everything. every active group is overwriting the standard pipe except supir it only works with an sdxl checkpoint.
added PuLID for sdxl and for flux
if you are using the latest comfyui version you run into issues with the flux version because of the comfyui update. but there is a FIX here
i've updated the list Resource Links check it for the PuLID models and where to save them.
this version is not using the node "Use Everwhere" anymore, using it is very convenient, but the workflow doesn't work for everyone.
when using the workflow like it is you'll end up with a 10k image.
it's also possible to save all 4 checkpoints and the other generation data in the image, but i think the number of resources civitai is showing is limited.
