My review: "More realistic body shapes, less cartoony head shapes, better details, and I'm probably the only one who uses it for this *but it actually is one of the few LoRAs that does well making dark skinned subjects*. Using this at lower strength adds tons of pure quality to your mix without overriding the style. You can primary this LoRA and it's cash or it can be the salt to your food, add it and whatever you're making is no longer bland"

In ForgeNeo using Z-image turbo you need to add the lora if you only use the prompt word it doesn't work.
I got the best results using the standard setup. Sampling method: Res Multistep, Schedule type: Simple.
