Only tested with realistic and semi-realistic images. There is no anime / cartoon images in the training data.

How do you use this with hidream? Is there a workflow?
It's just a detection model. It's indpendent of the image generation model. You can use it with HiDream, Flux, SD or any other model. You just need a node that supports ultralytics models.
@Jellon Never heard of that before. I use comfy a lot but never heard the term "ultralytics models"

But I don't use Comfy a lot myself.

Would you happen to have a link to a bbox file that detects female faces only?
No generally I use the normal face model that detects both male and female faces.
