This does not work at all, no inpainting is being done. Tried a similar model from a different creator and that worked.

I can't provide an example, because i can't generate anything with your model. Here's what i am doing:
- input image in img2img, set to very low denoising strength
- enable adetailer, selecting your model from the list
- using adetailer default settings, at least something should happen

@MasterBates No I mean an example of an input image. The image where you expect a detection & inpainting.
If no inpainting is happening I'd suspect you have a settings problem, this model is only for detection and the rest is up to Adetailer and your settings, including the detection threshold, even bein on, the inpainting size and amount, etc are all downhill.
Hmm, this one seems considerably less reliable than your breasts model - wonder if it's because this one has trouble identifying creampies / semen overflow.
The breast model is much more mature, but what you're saying makes complete sense considering there is not a single image in the training data with creampies or semen.
I plan on making this more resilient to obstructions, but it's harder because the overall area detection area is pretty much always small.
