CyberRealistic is a flexible, easy-to-use photorealistic model built from nonstop testing, custom blends, and just the right amount of chaos. The backstory? It’s honestly a wild mashup of different checkpoints, but what really counts is what you get in the end: sharp, expressive, clean renders that just work.
It’s tuned for both textual inversion and LoRA, so it’s great for anyone from total beginners to hardcore prompt wizards. If you’re making portraits, messing around with new styles, or just want a model that steps aside and does its job, CyberRealistic won’t let you down.

Thank You for new model version!
Hmmm... I Kohya trained a 1.5 LoRa using this model with the same dataset I used for EpicPhotogasm and it didn't work out too well. Most probably because the former one was Dreembooth trained on 768 and not 512 so I can't blame the model itself... not apples with apples.
Uuuh. New model! I don't know how could you improve 4.2 ( without training enormous datasets for a long time, i meant) but i'm gonna test this as much as I can.
This model is a miracle for NSFW stuff. The realism is outstanding. Works so well with fine-tuning. I thought Level4 could not be beat, but this blows it away.
the god of ai Cyberdelia!
@Cyberdelia amazing work!
inpainting needs some adjustments i think, 4.2 inpaint gives better results
but 5.0 is more detailed and faster
Could you recommend a sampler, steps number please ?
Any advice for hands? I just play the hand lottery and hope for the best.
please fix inpainting Cyberdelia!
I need to make a inpaint mode of 5.0?
@Cyberdelia would be beyond perfection master
Checking everyday for 5.0 inpainting
Will be released tomorrow
Done
@Cyberdelia thank you so much! do you have a monero adress, my country banned paypal
@civitai6999 you don't have to pay. My models are always free.
What is the difference or benefit of using an inpainting model?
@RedAstronaut sometimes better result but you can also use the base model.
@Cyberdelia thank you so much, you are the best!
wake up my boy, it's here!
@RedAstronaut search the process of AI inpainting w/ Stable Diffusion
@SyntheticSunsets I am familiar with inpainting, just unclear on why a model made just for inpainting is better than a model that isn't made for it.
