CyberRealistic is a flexible, easy-to-use photorealistic model built from nonstop testing, custom blends, and just the right amount of chaos. The backstory? It’s honestly a wild mashup of different checkpoints, but what really counts is what you get in the end: sharp, expressive, clean renders that just work.
It’s tuned for both textual inversion and LoRA, so it’s great for anyone from total beginners to hardcore prompt wizards. If you’re making portraits, messing around with new styles, or just want a model that steps aside and does its job, CyberRealistic won’t let you down.

Bad version? Face cracked????
Which version did you use? Pruned/Full?
Which Hires.fix settings will be better?
Don't really understand your question. But I use hires fix with denoising strength 0,45
My fav model, good job. Keep it up! <3
Thank youuuuu ! <3
This is the best photorealistic model that I have used so far.
Agreed. I go back and forth between this and C3.
@skyeve
From my R&D i can see more go into its direction
There are several Models now which share the base genetic structure
Though my R&D also shows that more and more Real Humans find the way into the Datasets which will cause trouble.
The amount of clones becomes heavy. right on your picture Violations increase steadily.
My favorite checkpoint 👍
The cyber realistic update is now pretty good 👍❤️
Just a minor thing, but the Pruned FP16 model seems to be missing an (i) button and Civitai Link can't download it.
Yes. I see it! Weird. Hopefully I can fix it.
... still not working (after re-upload). Don't think you can have 3 versions of a model.
@Cyberdelia Idk... I think I've seen other models have 3 version.
@DaviKar80 it's working!
Broken? Does not respond properly to breast size and age anymore.
No it's not broken. Try these prompts
Young Age: "High detail RAW color professional photograph, a realistic photo of a beautiful 11 year old girl"
Older Age: "High detail RAW color professional photograph, a realistic photo of a 80 year old woman"
Breast size: "High detail RAW color professional photograph, a realistic photo of a woman with large breasts"
What is not working for you?
@Cyberdelia That's too generic. In 3.0 I was able to use specific prompting like (small hips) (flat chest) (pale white skin) (direct sunlight) etc. In 3.1 it performs much worse on all of these and also makes the woman look taller with slightly wider hips for some reason.
@intohechopper Yes, The classic edition (other model) will work more with 'these kind of prompts'. But you have a point here.
3.1 inpainting coming soon?
I have to say 3.0 is my favorite model of all time. 3.1 gives less realistic output with the same prompt. I'm still trying to see how I need to tweak for 3.1. Any suggestions?
Agree! The 3.0 is much better. The bodies in 3.1 looks a little bit off and fake somehow.
@intohechopper Yeah, I believe I understand what both of you are trying to say. I think this is less prevalent in the classic edition (age, body styles). But thank you for these remarks! Hopefully I can improve this.
@Cyberdelia maybe it's a change in negative prompting needed? I have a set of standard negatives I used; I wonder if 3.1 needs a different set of negatives
@chronosafe I notice that you can get completly different (better) results with negatives. So that's correct. Maybe experiment with that? Like to hear your experience
3.1 seemed broken based off my prompts, I was getting seemingly random results for the type of person in the output, and more portrait-style photos. I didnt troubleshoot though, just switched back
Can someone explain to me what is inpainting model? automatic1111 already has inpainting functionality.. I'm a little confused, thanks
As I understand it: It's a version of the same model that was finetuned for inpainting (most likely "overtrained" on certain aspects like hands, faces and everything else that SD models usually tend to screw up). If you would use it on its own then it would probably give you very disfigured pictures but if you're using it exclusively for inpainting then it can actually fix the errors of the main model. So download both models and just switch between the versions depending on what you're doing (the main model for txt2img and the inpainting one as soon as you're trying to fix something on an already existing picture with A1111's inpainting functionality).
@ThatInternetBro excellent description! That's exactly wat it is.
Will upload the inpainting version of 3.1 today
@ThatInternetBro thank you lots!
when will you release 3.1 inpainting version ? hoping you will because i only use model from you
Yes will be released today. I forgot tot upload it. Sorry!
@Cyberdelia ty bro, youre the best!
@kamil897k193 nothing. Basically the same. Difference is that I use the full (larger) model, but result is the same. So if you made an inpaint model from 3.1 then use that.
