This Model is highly tuned for Photorealism with the tiniest amount of exessive prompting needed to shine.
All Showcase images are generated without Negatives (V1) to show what is possible on the bare prompt.
Whats special?
The model has highly knowledge of what a photo is, so if u promt u can avoid using photo. If the prompt tends to be fantasy like the model will turn away from photo and u have to tweak by prompting and/or negatives.
The model can do various ethnicities well, so try them out.
Age is also well trained and known by the model, so try them out too.
How to use
use simple prompts without "fake" enhancers like "masterpiece, photorealistic, 4k, 8k, super realistic, realism" etc.
don't use a ton of negative embeddings, focus on few tokens or single embeddings
you can still use atmospheric enhances like "cinematic, dark, moody light" etc.
start sampling at 20 Steps
no extra noise-offset needed

Indeed it is very crazy how good it is.
I've been running an experiment running all the Epic photo loras and ebeddings on all the Epic models and mixes. The results are amazing! I have 2 loras and 3 embeddings (1 negative), plus the Cyberrealistic negative, and it is wow!

@CyclopsGER Cool, glad you liked it! Be sure to play with the prompts a bit, SD won't understand or include everything you copy from facial data analysis, but you can get great results using the analysis stuff as a baseline. Fortunately the model author did an awesome job bringing us more tags and simpler prompting.

@akti88 https://www.betaface.com/ is not working well... I tried different persons and the output is very similar. Looks buggy.
@CyclopsGER Use 2-3 photos of the same person, results will be similar but varied. Ask ChatGPT for the average confident traits across 2 or 3 different analysis (converging into one). Also try the other tools (faceshape + facedetector). Play with CFG scale especially in ADetailer, I like 0.45 - 0.6

U even can with pruned version. „full version“ is mostly placebo. Imho the best results for training are based on 1.5 standard model, since this is the base of every finetuned model.
I think X is a closer step to perfect as is all your work, but like you said under About this version, X definitely traded off its amazing crispness for a drop in hand/feet quality (even trying to inpaint has a bit of trouble). I still personally think your Natural Sin RC1 VAE hit the nail on the head of hand/feet quality, haven't seen better than that anywhere.... so if it where possible to get the extremities quality from Natural, mixed with the overall quality of X, i think that'd be the holy grail of your realistic models!
Just some food for thought if you needed ideas, and always looking forward to your next version!

@epinikion If this could be done for V4 and V2 that would be amazing! This is my only issue with them is the hands are wonky. X is great, but for me it lost some of what I feel V4 and V2 are my favorites for, and that is the old film style with a bit softness and moodyness
