Description
CyberRealistic Pony V15.0 is a light refinement of CyberRealistic Pony Catalyst v5.0 - not a major overhaul. If you’ve already used Catalyst, expect the same visual style and behavior, with a handful of subtle improvements focused on stability, cleanliness, and prompt control.
Think of Pony V15.0 as Catalyst v5.0 with a final polish pass: familiar, reliable, and just a bit smoother. For users coming from CyberRealistic Pony v14.1, it will feel like a meaningful step forward - but for Catalyst users, it’s a gentle, incremental upgrade.

cool
Flux killer! Great model. But did only I noticed that some prompts working before elements, now didn't work? For example "Bangs" for hear style.
Ah, will take a look.
@Cyberdelia yeah I'm having much better prompt adherence with 14.1 than with 15
@HUnicorn Well, congratulations. Good for you. Gold star ⭐
From some testing with v15, and then comparing it to previous versions, I think v15 has a strength in realism, but at a caveat. It may be weird to say it like this, but v15 is great at making realistically attractive people, while older versions are great at making unrealistically attractive people (in terms of the faces at least). I feel like the fingers have been better in v15 than previous versions. I think the faces look a bit less same-faced per each generation, although I personally find if I'm trying to just create a simple beautiful looking person, previous versions may be easier to achieve what I want (i.e. 12.7 alt, or if I REALLY want the specific "cyberrealistic pony" look, going down to v7 at the risk of losing details). It's up to user taste I think then. Nothing wrong with any of the versions - they're all amazing in their own way. instead of thinking as each version as improvements over previous versions, in a way I see them as different flavors. v15 may not be the version I reach for usually when I'm generating stuff, but I can definitely see the use for it. As always, the work you do is much appreciated! Thanks for the release.
This model appears to be the best pony model so far
amazing😍
Pony or Illustrious?
Sample images doesn't have score tags, I'm lost
It's pony. You can get away without the score tags now-days because of updates to model understanding. Though, using them still produces better results most of the time.
in the included model description: "it's also possible to remove the normal pony tags"
Initial reaction for V15 on Forge is mixed. Like the last Catalyst version, V15 seems to struggle more with facial/hand details than previous models. Inpainting is troublesome.
That said, it is an amazing model and still the best realistic Pony checkpoint out there.
awsome
Why with promt "full body" it generates very ugly face now? There wasnt problem with it before.
Full-body scans may reduce the weight of facial details, which may need to be controlled using LoRa sliders similar to facial detail magnification or enhancement.
This is by far the best Pony model to date. Thank you so much for v15!!
13 and 14.1 were already masterpieces, and the best pony models to date, but 15 is just sorcery. Even LORAs that affected the skin texture and realism in previous versions now produce realistic results.
Really incredible work.
Getting AMAZING prompt understanding and quality from 15 WITHOUT pony score marks. That is with latent upscale but still. This is the most impressive pony model out there right now. Cheers. 🍻

Another comparison with the newer models added for those interested ^^
(all compared using exact same prompt & settings, just barebones vanilla CyberRealistic Pony).
(fyi - you can also click on the top image, then cycle through them with the keyboard).
v15 is by no means bad or anything (it's still very good), but so far I think I actually prefer v14 more. I'll have to test further to conclude, but v15 seems less versatile once you start adding lots of LoRAs or changing lots of things to manipulate image details. Might just be bad luck with small sample sizes, but I'm seeing increased anatomy defects (more than usual).
If I'm entirely honest, I kind of question the numbered iterative releases of Pony/SDXL checkpoints... Newer versions always imply updated & improved, right?
But it kind of feels as if Pony/SDXL has already very much plateaued now; & we're not seeing (or even capable of seeing much in the way of improvements at this point), but instead are just getting alt versions & different styles of checkpoints at this stage.
This isn't really directed at CyberRealistic Pony either, but pretty much all Pony/SDXL checkpoints. I'd be curious to hear Cyberdelia's take on this?
PS - I hope you have a very Merry Christmas btw (or whatever relevant festive celebration) if we don't see each other before the 25th ^^
Thanks for the comparison images. V14 has by far the best eyes/pupils. I'm coming from v12. Although every image situation is different, I don't feel ready for v15 at the moment.
How are you making videos with the image model? Does someone have a workflow to point me to?
Videos are made with another model, Wan 2.2 mainly. Pony is just for Image generations.
having immense trouble with version 15..... not sure what I am doing wrong but image will not come out right. Blotchy pink and purples, nothing at all to do with my prompts. Im using the same prompt formats ive always used with past versions that gave great results..... ill keep trying :( still missing version 11 everyday </3
Version 11 is just sill there for you to download
had same issue, changed scheduler to karras worked for me
@assowski501 thank you! it is working better for me too, had to adjust some things
@Cyberdelia yess, when I don't have to rely on the civit generator, I will definitely use version 11, its wonderful! I am getting the hang of version 15 now, I had to make some adjustments. I will always be thankful for your work :)
can I train lora on this?
for sure, did you get one done yet?
V13 is my favorite
how come?
@jaikapis120 same question
What I really love about V15 is that it's capable of understanding ethnicity prompt. This is a great positives compared to other model with a bias to certain ethnicity/race.
guys im new here. How do i generate NSFW content?
First: close the curtains.
Second: dim the lights.
Third: smooth jazz or synthwave, volume tastefully low.
Fourth: pour something classy (optional, but let’s be honest).
Finally: remember the first rule of NSFW generation - nobody knows how you learned this.
Find an image that's already NSFW, then check the prompt on the right hand side as a guide of what works and what doesn't. It's all about what you do or don't tell it to show when you're generating.
prompting "make pr0n" does a great job =P
or seriously you can try actual working prompts... such as:
"woman having sex with a man"
and the thing just does it. then you refine it. read comfyui's "prompting". is all about prompting, there you dress them, undress them, hair, eyes, and everything about it.
although keep in mind creating actual sex scenes to desired taste can take a lot of work and hours. models are trained with general poses, but they cannot read minds. again: prompting is everything.
have fun ;)
welcome to civitai. go on "create" -> "generate", choose a basic model (all the cyberrealistic pony" are good). use prompts (what you want to see) like: 1girl, solo, blonde, on beach, topless, exposed breasts, red bikini bottom, medium breasts, looking at viewer, waving, smile. use some negative prompts (what not should be part of the pic). sendpara is right: you should/can start with a good pic you have found, try to change the prompts / start with a remix. btw: slider are great tools too. there are: skin color slider, breast size slider, and many more. im sure you will learn the important stuff soon. if you have question: just ask.
The first rule of NSFW gen is you don't talk about NSFW gen.
Anyone know a good way for the lora to stop generating nipples/pokies that show underneath clothes like shirts? Would be cool to see a version that's trained to not show them
use negative prompt for undesired things
I use zero negative (blank), everything I do is on the positive. For the nipples not showing, make sure you don't have ANY prompting regarding breasts or general attitude (aroused, horny, cold, etc). Avoid anything that could trigger erect nipples. Perhaps even using "Nipples are not visible" or "No nipples" (at the positive) would do the trick. I've learned you can pretty much do *anything* without needing any negatives, at least on ksampler (ComfyUI).
Using correct scheduler also does matter. sgm_uniform does an amazing job avoiding extremely useless details, my fav scheduler.
Thanks for your lovely work ❤️❤️❤️
The ONLY problem I have with this checkpoint is that I simply can't delete even the older versions because they are all very, very good!
Thanks again!
Lol :) thank you for your kind words
Wow it’s amazing
Which is the best resolution for v15 ?
The description still says 896x1152 / 832x1216 but the promos are 832x1280
My default resolution is normally 832x1216
@Cyberdelia why you don't train at high resolution?
i use 1456x2000 but i have a lora with 25000 steps trained at 2000x2600, going above 1500x2000 does to much errors, but if you did trained the checkpoint at higer resolution, over time we could increase it a lot 1456x2000 give already a very big improve
@carlosurportable419 Training resolution isn’t the same as output resolution. SDXL/Pony checkpoints are usually trained around 1024 buckets because it generalizes best and stays stable. Going 2K+ massively increases compute, forces tiny batch sizes, and often adds artifacts/overfitting unless you have a huge clean dataset and very careful training. You can already render 1456×2000+ with hires/upscaling reliably from a 1024-trained checkpoint - so “train at 2000×2600” isn’t automatically better and can easily make the model worse.
@Cyberdelia , ah but if you train at 1024, means your input is 1024 pixel also right? so if you want to make an output at 2000 or higher where does the details come from? , i don't use upscaler, specially with a lora, it will change your character face, it s already hard to make the exact same face, need a lot of try, if you use un upscaler then it s even worse, i want the same face not someone what looks similar
1472x704 (my current fav), 1600x640, 1344x768, 1216x832... and reversed resolutions. Those work fantastic and render fast with mostly all SDXL models. I do get much slower speeds while rendering square images (RTX 3090).
@carlosurportable419 how do you train loras?
@navyguy757
what do you mean with what program or the settings ?
i use one trainer
