🛠️ Purpose & Design Philosophy
This workflow is a high-fidelity environment built for Illustrious. It prioritizes stability and professional texture over generation speed. It follows an "all-in-one" philosophy: configure your prompts, hit queue, and let the workflow handle the multi-stage refinement from start to finish.
Not for Speed: This is a heavy-duty refinement tool. If you want 2-second previews, use a basic workflow.
Personal Use: Built for my specific production needs. It is shared as-is for those who want a "set-and-forget" pipeline for Illustrious. Adjust the settings and models to fit your needs. The defaults on v19+ will be what I used for the sample images.
All-in-One Logic: The workflow handles generation, detailing, and upscaling in one continuous pass.
If you're needing something with more features: Try checking out Silly All-in-one, Multiple Characters With Regional Loras which is on civitai. I have no plans to implement additional features.
⚠️ Disclaimer & Compatibility
Install at Your Own Risk: Custom nodes can break your environment. I am not responsible for troubleshooting your specific installation.
ComfyUI: Built and tested on the non-app version. Desktop app users may face additional hurdles.
The "Your Version" Factor: Your node versions and environment are 99.9% likely to differ from mine.
Nodes 2.0: I do not recommend using Nodes 2.0. It creates unpredictable UI behavior; I will not provide support for issues involving this feature.
🤝 Support & Boundaries
I have not and never will monetize my workflow. CivitAI is the only platform I am maintaining this workflow on. If you find a version of my workflow posted and/or monetized anywhere and use it, then whoever posted it is responsible for providing you any support. This is the main reason why I don't monetize this: I don't want to be or feel obligated to provide support.

Description
v7a changes:
re-added ComfyLiterals
I have been running into some issues with some values being changed. This is happening on most of the number fields that have arrows to adjust the values up and down.
Example of where this caused problems: Setting "upscale_by" to 2 on the USDU node would change it to 2.0000000001. This would cause the node to round up and require additional tiles to be used in the upscale process.
Another example: setting the detection threshold for watermark detection to 1 would end up being set to 1.0000000001. This would lead to an error in the workflow since the maximum value is 1.
ComfyLiterals provides a means to adding number values without the issues mentioned above.

Non-working junk. 😑 ComfyUI (last ver) hangs dead as soon as I load (namely load, not even start/launch) this workflow. 😑
Update: Now everything is fixed and working. 😊
Works fine for me and probably 100+ other people, but thanks for your useful feedback.
@Gladas Works exceptionally well for me. Some of the best results I've seen in Comfy; thanks for all the hard work and sharing your workflow(s).
@Enfade thanks!
@Gladas I'm not one to make blind accusations without trying to figure it out. I asked three people to test this workflow, and it froze for all of them.
I see a new version has been released. It doesn't freeze anymore. But it also has a problem. It requires CFGPPSamplerSelect and CLIPTokenCounter nodes, but they don't install, reporting an error Import filed (ComfyUI-ppm in Model Manager).
@Shizayats The Manager is not a one-size fits all solution. For me, it always fails to work for Impact Pack and I have to manually install/update it.
As far as the PPM nodes not installing for you: that is not something that I can do anything about. You can try reporting the issue on their project page or take it up with the ComfyUI manager people.
From what I can see, someone else reported issues with that project related to the recent update about an hour ago. The ImportError they mentioned is something I have ran into randomly for other custom nodes that I installed with via ComfyUI-Manager.
I would just remove the offending ComfyUI-ppm nodes unless you really have some strong desire to use them.
Edit: The author of ppm seems pretty responsive, he just fixed something 2 hours ago that was brought up under issues.
@Gladas Oh, it looks like you've already contacted the creator of the PPM yourself. 😊Now everything works. 😊
I don't hide the fact that I was previously unenthusiastic about feedback. Since I had a sad experience of no reaction or formal replies from the creators of other workflows. That's why I was biased and had no expectations. I was glad to be wrong. 😊
I'm crossing out my negative review. 😌
Edit 17 Apr 2025:
ComfyUI v3.29 has broken several custom nodes that are basically group nodes. I was going to try and make a workflow to adjust to the broken-ness, but it's kinda not worth it. I'll see what I can do, but basically anything that was on a switch will be excluded and Image Saver will not be usable either. Pretty much all the parameters will have to be set on each node, such as steps, cfg, etc.
I hate this! I spent a few hours yesterday making my own bandaid for this. Rerouting things, deleting nodes, swapping other nodes to finally get it working again...then you fix it an hour later.
Haha good job fixing it for everyone though. Great workflow.
I'm just glad it was Boolean and Strings that were affected and not INT and FLOAT. It effectively kills Image Saver (unless you enter everything in manually probably), but the workflow is more or less intact still.
