🛠️ Purpose & Design Philosophy
This workflow is a high-fidelity environment built for Illustrious. It prioritizes stability and professional texture over generation speed. It follows an "all-in-one" philosophy: configure your prompts, hit queue, and let the workflow handle the multi-stage refinement from start to finish.
Not for Speed: This is a heavy-duty refinement tool. If you want 2-second previews, use a basic workflow.
Personal Use: Built for my specific production needs. It is shared as-is for those who want a "set-and-forget" pipeline for Illustrious. Adjust the settings and models to fit your needs. The defaults on v19+ will be what I used for the sample images.
All-in-One Logic: The workflow handles generation, detailing, and upscaling in one continuous pass.
If you're needing something with more features: Try checking out Silly All-in-one, Multiple Characters With Regional Loras which is on civitai. I have no plans to implement additional features.
⚠️ Disclaimer & Compatibility
Install at Your Own Risk: Custom nodes can break your environment. I am not responsible for troubleshooting your specific installation.
ComfyUI: Built and tested on the non-app version. Desktop app users may face additional hurdles.
The "Your Version" Factor: Your node versions and environment are 99.9% likely to differ from mine.
Nodes 2.0: I do not recommend using Nodes 2.0. It creates unpredictable UI behavior; I will not provide support for issues involving this feature.
🤝 Support & Boundaries
I have not and never will monetize my workflow. CivitAI is the only platform I am maintaining this workflow on. If you find a version of my workflow posted and/or monetized anywhere and use it, then whoever posted it is responsible for providing you any support. This is the main reason why I don't monetize this: I don't want to be or feel obligated to provide support.

Modifications: You are free to hack this workflow apart. However, you are responsible for fixing it if it breaks.
Custom Requests: I do not make private workflows. If you need a custom solution, post a Bounty on CivitAI. There are many talented creators ready to help you for a fee.
Description
What happens when you're bored and working nights? Tweaking the workflow! At least that's what I have been doing all week.
What's new?
Adjusted the default settings based on what ChatGPT said will give the best results for semi-realistic anime images using Illustrious based models.
Removed the node controlling all of the CFG settings across the workflow. This means CFG will have to be set manually on each node that has a CFG setting
Changed the last USDU group to upscale to 3x. This gave me the best results when using the suggested settings. 2x kept giving me funky textures on the lower tiles.
All of the detailer nodes are set to 1 cycle per the recommendations by ChatGPT
Added a Boolean switch to swap tile_width and tile_height
Toggling to "true" will do the funky reversed setting
Toggling to "false" will use the normal setting
Feel free to tweak the settings to your preferred flavor.

Regarding the reversed tile_width / tile_height settings on v12d:
These are more beneficial when upscaling from 832x1216. Which is what I primarily do.
This probably doesn't work well with other resolutions. However, if you reduce the tile padding, it may help (if you don't want to disconnect the noodles). For example: with 768x1344, changing the tile padding to 128 works.
Thank you!

Weights only load failed. This file can still be loaded, to do so you have two options, [1mdo those steps only if you trust the source of the checkpoint[0m. (1) In PyTorch 2.6, we changed the default value of the weights_only argument in torch.load from False to True. Re-running torch.load with weights_only set to False will likely succeed, but it can result in arbitrary code execution. Do it only if you got the file from a trusted source. (2) Alternatively, to load with weights_only=True please check the recommended steps in the following error message. WeightsUnpickler error: Unsupported global: GLOBAL ultralytics.nn.tasks.SegmentationModel was not an allowed global by default. Please use torch.serialization.add_safe_globals([ultralytics.nn.tasks.SegmentationModel]) or the torch.serialization.safe_globals([ultralytics.nn.tasks.SegmentationModel]) context manager to allowlist this global if you trust this class/function. Check the documentation of torch.load to learn more about types accepted by default with weights_only https://pytorch.org/docs/stable/generated/torch.load.html.
I'm not an error guru, but I am going to assume that's related to the whole whitelist thing when trying to use certain detection models. You can try a different face detection model (if that's what you are trying to use on Detailer 1) or add whatever detection model it is to your safelist: I recommend the 1st option.
@Gladas i fix using model that bypass new pytorch update
Thanks a bunch for this treasure trove!
Paired it with attention couple (regional prompting), really boosted fine details!
